Accura Tax will join the KPMG network when the existing Danish KPMG member firm leaves KPMG International and by no later than 1 October 2014.

Accura Tax was established on 1 January 2012 by equity partners Ria Falk and Ole Schmidt with the equity partners of the leading Danish law firm Accura Advokatpartnerselskab as co-owners. Once Accura Tax joins the KPMG network, it will change its name, and Accura Advokatpartnerselskab’s equity partners will no longer be co-owners and there will be no association between KPMG and Accura. Going forward the business will be owned by the partners of the tax firm.

Accura Advokatpartnerselskab may, if it so wishes, continue to use Accura Tax’s services on a non-exclusive basis.
