Birgitte Tandrup has broad experience in providing advice on national and international corporation tax issues with special focus on tax structuring, investments and tax issues in financial institutions.
Birgitte also provides advice on implementation and compliance related to the FATCA/Qualified Intermediary rules based on her extensive experience within this field from her time with Danske Bank during which she participated in working groups in the European Banking Federation and the Danish Bankers’ Association.
Furthermore, Birgitte is the Danish contact for the EU Tax Centre for KPMG and as such involved with Fokus Bank claims and other withholding tax issues.
Finally, Birgitte has served as instructor at KPMG's internal education program for accountants and given lessons at client seminars on various corporation tax related topics.
