Through Peter Rose Bjare's over 25 years with KPMG and not least his position as tax partner for a number of KPMG's largest clients, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of and vast experience in all aspects of tax law, in particular in corporate tax law and (international) group taxation, fund structuring and taxation, including in connection with reorganisation and the sale and purchase of businesses etc.
He is recognised for his sharp, analytical and solution-oriented approach to the tasks, and he possesses the full overview as well as a unique knowledge of the details of tax rules; qualities making him in strong demand as a sparring partner in connection with day-to-day matters as well as large ad hoc tasks. This is in relation to experienced tax executives as well as at CFO level.
Peter's core skills lie within the financial area, including capital gains taxation, financing issues and structures as well as the key provisions of sections 4-6 of the Danish State Tax Act (statsskatteloven) concerning taxable and deductible elements of income. Moreover, he is a leading expert on taxation of commercial and charitable foundations.
