Webcast Live: New Chinese Export Control Law - What does it mean for companies outside China?

Friday 18th June 2021, 10.00 – 11.00 a.m. CET

Friday 18th June 2021, 10.00 – 11.00 a.m. CET

China (PRC) has recently published a new regulation on export controls which has attracted global attention, as it opens up the application of Chinese laws outside of its borders, meaning they will also apply to companies outside of China. While the implementation of these regulations is still a work in progress, in May 2021 China published a guidance document which sets standards for Internal Compliance Programs for trade controls, similar to the publications provided by the US and EU.

The webcast will provide insight into China’s new legislation and help companies understand if and how they might be impacted as well as compare the new Chinese ICP with the governmental expectations in the US and EU with regard to compliance standards for trade controls.

We look forward to welcoming you to our webcast.
