At KPMG, I am involved in advising large banks and insurance companies on regulatory compliance. This includes the establishment of a modern compliance function, the associated control system, the conception of a regulatory office and the establishment of an overarching governance to ensure regulatory order.

My advisory work also includes supporting bank start-ups in the fields of business modelling, the supervisory licensing process and the implementation of the new bank, bank branch or subsidiary.

Other focal points in my professional career have been and still are the consulting fields of overall bank management as well as risk management and controlling for banks of different sizes.
