Dr. Jesco Willms

Jesco has advised on large transformation projects and growth programs for over 15 years from initiation and conception to implementation. Jesco is focused on multidisciplinary programs ranging from Integrations (PMI), Joint Ventures, Separations/Carve-outs as well as Reorganizations. This also includes related performance- and synergy programs – to support current operations, in preparation of a company sale or as part of an integration. Jesco started his career in corporate finance. Prior to joining KPMG, Jesco was engaged in research involving international accounting standards (IFRS). Jesco focuses primarily on Telecommunications (Telco), Consumer Goods & Retail as well as Diversified Industries.
