Claire Tietze joined the Global Inclusion & Diversity team in April 2017 and was previously responsible for the German Diversity Program as a Chief Human Resources Officer Manager. In addition to her internal leadership, she advises German companies and federal ministries on their inclusion and diversity strategies.
She has a management consultant background and previously provided company valuation services to both national and international companies. In her previous role as the Executive Assistant to the German Head of Corporate Finance – where she was a member of the Global Valuation Committee and Head of the European Valuations Network – Claire gained global experience working in internal corporate finance teams.
Claire has substantial experience in Inclusion & Diversity and, given her background in company valuations, is keen on developing value-adding models for corporate policies and corporate culture, and measuring progress along the way. For her, the development of leadership qualities is the key to unleashing potential in individuals and organizations.
