Christian Schmid

Christian has been advising international companies on cross-border tax issues between Germany and the US since 2007. He specialises in international tax planning, tax advice on restructuring measures and carve-out projects, as well as transactions and the subsequent integration of acquired companies. Christian worked for KPMG in the US for a total of four years, most recently as head of the German Tax Team in New York.
