KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft

My personal focus has been on auditing and advising healthcare institutions for 15 years. At KPMG, I head this area for the Bavarian region and am available as the responsible contact person for all topics relating to the healthcare industry.

My comprehensive knowledge mainly relates to the areas of accounting, structural and process organisation, assessment of budgeting, internal control systems, reporting and risk management systems at healthcare institutions of various sizes and legal forms. My clients include statutory health insurance funds, clinics and hospitals, care institutions as well as pharmaceutical companies and life science companies.

With my work, I am particularly committed to the challenges of the healthcare industry and thus want to create practical solutions and added value together with the clients of the healthcare industry.

  • I am a chartered accountant and tax consultant with the academic degree of Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH)

  • and then did a Master of Public Health

  • Besides my main tasks, I organise professional congresses (e.g. Health Dialogue Bavaria), give professional lectures (for example at the European Health Congress in Munich) and contribute to publications.

  • In particular, I would like to mention the various contributions to the KPMG Health Barometer as well as the book "Krankenhaus Kompendium" (Hospital Compendium) and the contribution to the KPMG Handbook for Supervisory and Advisory Board Members in the Life Sciences Industry.

  • Besides my job, I enjoy playing volleyball and football and spending time with my family.
