Dr. Stefan Otremba is Head of Solution Corporate Risk Management at KPMG. In this function, he is responsible for Germany-wide consulting and auditing activities in the field of risk management for the non-financial sector. The establishment and further development of risk management systems for companies of all sizes and sectors, to meet regulatory requirements, form the basis of his range of services. Building on this, Stefan Otremba supports companies in the creation of integrated governance approaches, the use of automation and artificial intelligence for early risk identification, and the development of a corporate culture that promotes an open approach to opportunities and risks. A risk management system that is - integrated, value-based and digitally supported - makes risks transparent and outlines solutions. Thus transforming any risk management system from a pure cost factor to a value driver in any company.
