Andrés Mendez Inclan is Senior Manager at "Transformation Banking". He began his career in politics - first as a personal assistant to a member of the state parliament and then as an assistant to a member of the Bundestag. He then worked for five years in a medium-sized strategy consultancy. Most recently, he was responsible for setting up and managing the Frankfurt office. During this time, he gained his first experience in advising financial institutions. Before joining KPMG, Andrés Mendez Inclan worked for more than three years in senior management at a major global corporation. As a department head, he was responsible for the management and results of three departments in the areas of strategy, digitalisation, processes and operational excellence. Andrés Mendez Inclan has extensive knowledge in the transformation of companies, organisational and management structures as well as the development and implementation of (digital) strategies and programmes. He brings his expertise to KPMG, among other things, as senior manager for the topic of digital transformation. In addition, Andrés Mendez Inclan has broad knowledge in the design and implementation of new management concepts and the implementation of agile collaboration models.
