Focus on family businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises

Here in the south of Bavaria, many medium-sized family businesses not only create jobs, but also demonstrate their innovative strength on a daily basis. I like being part of this region.

For more than 25 years, I have been looking after nationally and internationally operating family businesses. My respect for the personal performance of entrepreneurs is what drives my daily work.

Regardless of whether it is about optimising corporate structures with regard to the tax burden, sustainably securing family assets or successful management succession: we support our clients with in-depth expert knowledge, but also with a keen sense for individual needs.

The speed of decision-making on the client side demands a special degree of presence, flexibility and precision. With the help of my many years of experience in the industry and my expertise in commercial and tax law, I always try to achieve added value for family businesses and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
