Susan Ferrier is the Global Head of People for KPMG. She sits on the firm’s Global Management Team and is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of a leading-edge Global Culture & People Strategy for 200,000 people in 155 countries. In her role, Susan is also responsible for leading the Global Learning & Development functions, Global Citizenship and the Global Inclusion & Diversity team. Prior to her appointment in the Global Head of People role, Susan was the Head of Global Inclusion & Diversity for KPMG, the National Managing Partner for People, Performance & Culture for the Australian firm, and the Client Lead Partner for a major growth education client for KPMG Australia. Susan has over 30 years international experience working with Boards and C-suite executives in large global organizations in the financial and professional service sectors. Leading large-scale complex organizational culture change, and building high performance organizations has been a hallmark of her career. She combines her broad business knowledge and commercial acumen to ensure that the potential of people are maximized, and central to delivering business results.
