In the KPMG Corporate Governance Services consulting team, I advise companies on various corporate governance issues - with a focus on the establishment, further development, optimisation and auditing of compliance management systems in accordance with national and international standards (e.g. IDW PS 980, ISO 19600 / 37001, USFSG, DoJ Guidelines). I now bring 27 years of auditing and consulting experience in internationally active companies in various industries to my work.

The regulatory topics I currently deal with focus in particular on all issues relating to US monitorship as well as issues in connection with the conception and implementation of compliance risk analyses.
