For the past ten years, I have been working on Corporate Governance, particularly on internal control systems (ICS). I am specialized on implementing and re-designing ICS processes and ICS controls according to German BilMoG, US-SOX-404, Japan-SOX, China-ICS and Swiss Code of Obligations.
My activities include supporting designing worldwide ICS roll-outs, developing ICS methodologies, creating ICS manuals and training documents, performing ICS trainings, supporting the identification and documentation of risks and controls, creation of narratives and flowcharts, testing of controls, support in selection and implementation of respective ICS IT-Tools. I am a member of KPMG’s Country Practice China in Germany.
