For us, collaboration means learning from each other and broadening each other’s perspective on work. To this end, we pursue a variety of mentoring programmes within the company, in which new employees are accompanied, advised and supported in their individual development by experienced colleagues. This not only ensures optimal induction training, but also a seamless transition into the client’s daily work routine.
