Chemicals Roundtable

Strategies for sustainable growth: M&A, digitalisation and innovation

Event content

Strong growth in the chemicals industry is driving confidence and encouraging large companies and SMEs to innovate, expand and engage in M&A. And all of this in the context of trade wars, Brexit and continued political uncertainty.

This gives rise to a fresh set of questions. Are these strategies sustainable? Do these take advantage of the huge potential digital i-sation has to offer? What impact will populism have on geographic strategies? And are medium-term prospects for the industry still favourable?

We have assembled a panel of experienced speakers to discuss these issues. We will hear how M&A is helping to drive transforma-tion in the industry. We will discuss global growth opportunities such as China‘s Belt and Road Initiative. We will learn more from leading technology players about the driving forces of technology transfor-mation. And we will look at new ways to drive innovation at global companies and SMEs.

We warmly invite you to join us and participate in these discussions.
