The manufacturing plant was acquired by ARX Equity Partners, a private equity fund. The acquisition of another Czech façade-making business, Fenestra Wieden, took place simultaneously. The investor merged both companies, creating a new leader in the modular facades business in the Czech Republic. The new holding is expected to bring in over one billion CZK in sales, with the ambition of becoming a major player on the European façade market. The KPMG team working on the transaction included Igor Mesenský, Josef Sklenář and Petr Slabý.
