KPMG has been recognised as a global “Leader” in three new ALM Intelligence reports that assess global consulting services and capabilities in the areas of Workforce Management, HR Operations and Change Management and Communications.
ALM Intelligence, a leading market research firm that has been analysing the global consulting industry since 1970, underscores KPMG's leadership position in today's increasingly competitive and high-growth HR consulting marketplace, while recognising the noteworthy impact of KPMG's People and Change team on clients.
ALM's Workforce Management Consulting report praises KPMG's workforce-shaping methodology, while also citing KPMG as “Best in Class” for excellence in client capability development. ALM's Vanguard
report on HR Operations Consulting highlights KPMG's “outside-in perspective” on transformation and cites KPMG’s Powered Enterprise delivery model as “Best in Class” among operating systems. In its Vanguard report on Communications and Change Management Consulting, ALM's assessment of KPMG as a market Leader recognises KPMG's “Change Things conversation framework” and a consulting approach that empowers clients' employees to drive organisational change.
“KPMG has distinguished itself as an industry leader in three new ALM reports that spotlight global firms deemed to be `at the top of the market' today based on capabilities, depth of expertise, service and client impact in executing end-to-end projects independently across the full spectrum of client contexts,” said Ms. Liz DeVito, Associate Director and Lead for HR Consulting Research with ALM Intelligence.
Mr. Mark Spears, Global Head of People and Change at KPMG International, commented: “In today's hyper-competitive marketplace, organisations are looking to KPMG for guidance and support on critical initiatives that are transforming their businesses. We are extremely proud of the work being done to provide top tier
services, capabilities and results.”
“By building strategic capabilities on top of technical HR capabilities, we aim to solidify and maintain our leadership status. At the same time, our delivery models stand out for clearly translating strategies into tangible actions that can be managed at all levels”, added Mr. Antonis Bargilly, Head of People & Change services at KPMG in Cyprus.
