Stress resilience and emotional wellbeing are keys to success, especially in a rapidly changing world. This webinar will focus on how participants can build emotional resilience in order to provide security and strength to themselves and to members of their family or work environment. Participants will also learn which stressors may affect them the most and how they can regulate emotions to achieve a positive attitude, optimism and balance.

Trainers

Nicolaou John
Board Member, L&D Audit and Soft Skills Lead, Audit and Advisory, KPMG in Cyprus

John is a Board Member at KPMG in Cyprus and has over 19 years of combined experience in Cyprus and the United States of America. His past and current clients are from various industries including information technology, oil and gas, real estate, shipping and international trade. John is currently the Head of Audit and Soft Skills Learning and Development team, which is supported by a team of experienced facilitators. He is also responsible for the design and delivery of audit trainings for all levels of audit professionals. Furthermore, John is responsible for the design and delivery of various soft-skill seminars and workshops for KPMG personnel and clients.

As a facilitator, John has extensive experience in providing various seminars in audit, management, leadership, coaching, relationship building, negotiating skills, time management, presentation/facilitation skills, among others. In addition, he is an accredited facilitator of KPMG International and delivers trainings and workshops across Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

John is certified by the HRDA as a “Trainer of Vocational Training” and has received a certificate in Learning and Development practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

 

Papamichael Koulla
Manager, Learning and Development, KPMG in Cyprus

Koulla has studied Sociology and Psychology at the Kingston University in the UK and has also attended courses of the MRes in International Security and Global Government at the University of London.

In 2015 she joined KPMG in Cyprus, where she is currently a Manager within the Learning & Development team. Apart from her responsibilities regarding the learning enhancement and development of the company's employees, she is also involved in the Training Needs Analysis and other employee-related research for both KPMG and KPMG clients. She cooperates closely with the management teams of KPMG clients, presents the results of surveys’ data and carefully redesigns educational programmes that meet the actual needs of employees.

Koulla has been involved in the training industry since 2009. She has delivered multiple open and in-house soft skills trainings in both Cyprus and abroad that were addressed to participants from various industries (Accounting, Government, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Retail, Export & Import, Media, Legal, Finance, etc.). Koulla mainly focuses on Communication, Interpersonal Relations, Teambuilding, Sales, Personal Development and HR-related subjects. Furthermore, she is an accredited HRDA facilitator.
