Elena is a Manager in the Strategy, Customer and Operations function of the Management Consulting Department at KPMG in Cyprus. Elena is providing management consulting services across a variety of industries on large and small scale transformation projects. She specialises in the provision of advisory services to private and public sector clients relating to customer advisory including customer journey transformation and customer strategy, operational restructuring, process reengineering, strategy definition and implementation of strategic initiatives, change management, culture change and workforce optimisation. These services aim at helping clients to transform their organisation to achieve their full potential through strategic design, operational excellence and customer-centricity. Elena is also a certified HRDA trainer and an experienced workshop facilitator.
