Sharad leads the Infrastructure Advisory practice, covering project financing, economics & regulatory and major projects advisory. He has over 20 years of experience across infrastructure sectors: power, including renewable energy, water, waste to energy, and LNG; transport; broadband; and urban/industrial infrastructure.

He has extensive experience advising both government and private sector clients across the project life cycle, from conceptualization to financing, implementation and performance improvement. The scope includes bid advisory, business planning, financial modeling, contract structuring, regulatory advisory, risk mitigation, project appraisal and fund syndication.

More recently, Sharad has worked on key projects in SouthEast Asia and the Middle East regions covering utility scale renewable energy projects, smart city infrastructure deployments and use of technology in effective project delivery.
