Didier has over 18 years of experience in valuation, mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring. Before joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Didier was Vice President in an investment bank in charge of the Financial Advisory activity in France. 

He has participated in numerous complex financial transactions relating to listed companies, both in the context of takeovers and financial restructuring.

Didier has carried out numerous assignments for accounting purposes (e.g. allocation of purchase price - "PPA" - and impairment tests) as well as valuations of intangibles and securities for tax purposes.

In addition, he has supported numerous clients in the construction or in-depth review of complex operational and financial models for transaction or investments analyses.

Didier is a regular member of local working groups on issues related to valuation (French Association of Appraisers, French auditor association, French accountant association) as well as a member of the IFRS Standard Group that relates to Valuation and Impairment Tests.
