James has over 20 years of experience with major FS transformations, specialising in enterprise scale transformation programmes and technology. He has worked in the UK, USA, Middle East and Australia. James is currently KPMG UK’s Chief Digital Officer, accountable for delivering the digital strategy, which is transforming the firm’s services and ways of working for 18,000 people. Prior to this, some key projects had included the recovery services for a major UK bank, following a significant business interruption event; a multi-year transformation for a significant insurer; delivery of a new commercial banking platform for a major UK bank; leading the technology work-stream for a post-merger integration for a major high-street UK bank; and Technology Lead for a new bank build.
