  • Next Gen security architecture and network segmentation: Led a software defined network transformation for a Telco client and transitioned them to a Zero Trust security model. Developed a two year ROI based roadmap to enable zero trust features and capabilities.

  • Identity transformation at Telco: led a multi-year effort that included strategy, design, program management, product management, product integration and operational support around Enterprise and Customer identity capabilities. Further assisted the client in pre-during-post organization merger of the new identity architecture and capability enablement. My team helped with technology rationalization and automation across the identity services that led to a ~7-10M YoY reduction in OpEx dollars.

  • Security transformation at Global Tech: Led a Cyber and IT transformation effort focused at addressing significant security findings post an organization spilt. Responsibilities included to provide key briefings to senior leadership every week with direct report to the CIO and his team. The effort reduced >90% of high risk findings and gaps across a three year period.

  • Compliance as code enablement: Defined a modern application delivery transformation program for a telco client designed to improve speed-to-market, enhance code quality and reduce costs. Created development and deployment strategies for delivery of OpenStack solutions across various pipelines and provided capabilities to automate the implementation, verification, remediation, monitoring and reporting of compliance status.

  • Digital product launch: Developed an architecture point of view and security related recommendations for a new product (hosted on AWS) launch at a mid-sized banking organization. The key outcome was enablement of Secure DevOps tools, scripts and services on AWS.
