Mike Linter

As Head of Private Enterprise Tax for KPMG International, Mike works with professionals from around the world on Private Enterprise Tax, with a focus on entrepreneurs, family businesses, and Family Office & Private Client overall. In this role, Mike drives strategic private and mid-market value, utilizing his deep expertise to lead our people in helping clients develop sound financial plans that enhance value through personal financial planning, experienced personal tax advice, tax compliance, advisory services and international tax structures. 

Mike has been with KPMG in the UK for over twenty years, dividing his time between Leeds, London and other regional offices, and advising a wide range of clients on the taxation implications of their strategy and commercial plans. He has worked with clients as they look to expand and grow, both domicile and internationally, and has extensive knowledge on available capital raising options, within Private Equity and IPO. He has a particular interest in the corporate strategies adopted by entrepreneurial businesses and has an MA in Corporate Strategy and Entrepreneurship.  He has worked with KPMG firm clients across Europe, the USA, South Africa, China and Australia.
