Eric Logan is the Chief Transformation Officer at KPMG US, where he leads the Transformation Enablement Office. In this capacity, Eric oversees a team of highly skilled professionals specializing in business transformation, process excellence, automation, global business services, program management, and organizational change management. In addition, newly centralized functions, like the firm’s Enterprise Contracting Center, are also incubated under Transformation Enablement. The Transformation Enablement Office plays a critical role in ensuring that firmwide transformation initiatives align with KPMG's strategy and deliver the expected outcomes from the firm's investments. Their work is instrumental in driving KPMG's ongoing journey to transform how the firm goes to market and reimagine how services are delivered.

Previously, Eric served as a partner in the Advisory practice, where he led the national operations center of excellence and served as the U.S. lead for the firm's Global Industry 4.0 initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in the Industrial Manufacturing sector, Eric has successfully led projects focused on supply chain optimization, manufacturing strategy, and operational effectiveness. He joined KPMG in 2016 and has been a Principal since October 2018.
