Daniel is Acting Head of KPMG’s Transformation Program Management team, and typically leads extensive transformation programs for the firm’s largest clients. Daniel also leads KPMG’s Australian Payments Advisory practice and is a leader in the KPMG Banking practice. He has extensive experience working with financial services clients on strategic, organisation-wide projects across Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.

Together with Oliver Kirby-Johnson, Daniel leads KPMG’s involvement in the New Payments Platform program (NPP Australia), implementing real time, data rich payments for Australia. He has advised delivered payments work with many of the leading banks and payment providers in Australia.

Daniel has led a number of large-scale projects for leading Australian banks, enabling them to improve their efficiency and reliability of key functions. 

Daniel has assisted and advised some of Australia’s leading organisations to effectively identify and manage IT-related risks through the development and implementation of methodologies and frameworks. He also has significant experience with a large number of Australia’s leading organisations providing advice and assurance surrounding ERP systems, SOX and BASEL II compliance.

Daniel’s focus is on financial services, but he also has significant experience in the resources, government, consumer markets and gaming sectors.
