Hao has been with KPMG in Vietnam since 1998 and has worked on a variety of external audit assignments, including statutory audits under local regulations and annual audits of financial statements for local and multinational clients, which necessitate knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and corporate systems. She was appointed as a consulting partner to drive business transformation services for a variety of clients.

Hao is currently leading the Private Business Practice which aims to support fast growing businesses to overcome challenges through planning and managing growth. She leads a team consists of dedicated specialists and professionals with extensive worldwide experience and local understanding, who can advise fast-growing businesses on growth strategy, corporate structure, processes, procedures, system,  and the development of professional management practices.

  • Hao is a trusted advisor to one of the largest Real Estate developer in Vietnam in their transformation  journey from a private Company to a listed Company. She led approximately 40  advisory team members, including KPMG Vietnam and KPMG Global to support this client in many  different projects aimed to facilitate its super growth.
  • Hao is involved in many transformation programs with key private business clients where she is the  anchor person for KPMG to lead and facilitate many different initiatives such as Strategy support,  Operations Excellence, Supply Chain Improvement, IT implementation, Corporate & Organization  Restructuring and Financial Management.
  • Hao had also personally been seconded to a large real estate Vietnamese business for three months where she  collaborated with client team to design and implement internal control system and processes.
