Lulu O'Leary

Prior to joining KPMG as a Partner, Lulu worked as an insurance executive and has over 20 years’ experience in broking and underwriting.

Lulu previously oversaw AIG’s strategic initiatives, including leading all aspects of the development and execution of AIG’s Brexit solution (covering business, operational, regulatory, and legal entity). She has strong regulatory management experience working with the Federal Reserve Bank NY, PRA, FCA and European Regulators.

Her previous experience includes leading global operations and mobilising and directing large scale, international strategic transformation initiatives with major insurance carriers and brokers. The focus of many of these initiatives was the development and implementation of Target Operating Models both in the UK and Internationally.
