Adrian Clamp has over 20 years of experience leading transformation programmes and implementing new customer-facing technologies and operating models within large, complex organisations. His expertise encompasses delivery of large, complex programmes that have successfully deployed new processes, digital technologies, service design and redesign. Adrian has had a varied career across the private and public sector and has worked with leadership teams in telecommunications, technology, consumer goods, utilities, healthcare and oil and gas. He has been an early supporter of the Government Digital Service (GDS) in Cabinet Office. He is particularly passionate about customer and digital transformation programmes and has led his own digital incubator to launch new, disruptive online services in the consumer goods market using modern, agile development approaches powered by Cloud and Mobile technologies. Adrian heads up the Customer Advisory practice for KPMG in the UK focusing on helping organisations identify customer and revenue growth strategies; transform their sales, service and marketing functions; keep pace with the latest emerging technology solutions and leverage digital to create a modern customer centric organisation.
