Lucy has extensive experience of competition  and regulatory investigations, having spent most of her career to date at the Financial Conduct Authority and having previously worked for many years at the Competition and Markets Authority and the Competition Commission. Her expertise spans a diverse range of markets including financial services and payments, energy and water, transport and media. She advises clients on competition and regulatory issues during their interaction with regulators including on abuse of dominance and unfair pricing cases, market investigations and studies, price control reviews and mergers. Her areas of expertise include competition policy and remedy design, the analysis of market power and barriers to entry, analysis of market outcomes, failing firm analysis, pricing and profitability analysis, cost allocation and cost of capital.
