Caroline joined KPMG in September 2000 and is a Partner within KPMG’s Valuation Services Group based in KPMG’s London office.

Caroline has specialised in commercial valuations since moving to KPMG Corporate Finance in 2004. She has experience of a full range of complex commercial valuations for both public and private companies in the context of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund valuations, restructuring, disputes, fairness opinions, reorganisations and tax and accounting valuations.

Caroline leads our Consumer Valuations business and has extensive experience in providing valuation advisory services to clients in the consumer goods, media and retail sectors. Larger clients include Alliance Boots, AB InBev, Blacks, Britvic, Carlsberg, Diageo, French Connection, HMV, Liberty, Kraft, McDonalds, Peacocks, Premier Foods, Unilever and United Biscuits amongst others. Caroline also specialises in providing IFRS and US GAAP valuation advisory services for clients including AstraZeneca, BBC Worldwide, GlaxoSmithKline, DMGT, ITV, Roche and United Business Media.

Caroline has significant global valuations experience having lead valuation assignments for major public corporations throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America and the US.

She has spoken on the subject of commercial valuations at various conferences around the world.
