For the fourth annual Transparency Report, we are building the future of audit by integrating innovative approaches such as KPMG Clara, KPMG Clara workflow and Data & Analytics, to provide greater clarity and generate deeper and richer insights of the audit.  Transparency Report 2019 outlines the approach that KPMG in Thailand takes to uphold our professional responsibilities, and outlines the firm’s structure, governance and approach to quality control. This report demonstrates how we rigorously maintain our excellence, illustrates our firm’s structure, governance and approach to quality control.

The 7 drivers in Audit Quality Framework remain unchanged. We have continued to invest in KPMG Clara, our smart audit platform, to provide greater clarity and generate deeper and richer insights of the audit. D&A capabilities will soon be integrated into KPMG Clara Workflow and audit methodology will change significantly. These changes will drive improved audit quality and consistency in execution of audits, and incorporate monitoring capabilities at both engagement and portfolio levels to measure audit progress and timely foster issue resolution.
