Fuad Chapra

Fuad Chapra is the Head of Private Enterprise & Family Business and serves as Head of Solutions within the Advisory practice. In 2023, he was also appointed as Board Member within the organization.

Fuad Chapra has led the execution of M&A transactions, group restructuring assignments, numerous business valuations including portfolio assessments in addition to specialized advisory services to the government of Saudi Arabia and leading family businesses in the Kingdom.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2014, Fuad held several leadership positions within Savola Group, amongst other roles he served CFO, VP M&A and VP Growth Strategy. His last position within the Savola Group was CFO of Azizia Panda United Company, one of the largest retailers in the region. His other experiences include formulation of Savola Group’s growth strategy, structuring and execution of M&A Deals and securing international franchise brands from Europe, South Africa and South East Asia.

Fuad also served as a Board member in the Board of Directors for Savola Franchise Division (Saudi Arabia), New Marina for Plastics Industries (Egypt) and United Company for Central Markets (Lebanon).
