With 18 years of experience in tax, Inga Țîgai, Head of Tax & Legal Technology, is KPMG's new Tax Partner in Romania & Moldova. With a wealth of experience in fields that include consulting and compliance, electronic reporting, income tax, international social security, global mobility solutions, payroll and compensation strategies, due diligence projects, as well as HR consulting, Inga Țîgai will take the tax advisory team to a new level.

She is a member of various tax and labor law committees, contributing to the improvement of tax operating models and supporting companies in ensuring tax compliance, by her understanding of the most original ways to coagulate knowledge, people and digital solutions.

The latest tax technology projects she has worked on include the implementation of numerous SAF-T, Tax Data Verifier, e-invoicing, and Corporate Tax Manager projects for companies operating in Romania. Her experience in this field is also recognized at a regional level, where Inga successfully coordinates Tax Technology for KPMG member firms across the CEE region. Inga has achieved high recognition in the professional services market for projects she has worked on to transform the tax function and global mobility services (GMS). Over several years, she has also offered assistance to the Romanian tax authorities in developing new technologies and to improve the business environment. Inga believes that the evolution of tax consulting is closely related to digitalization.
