Monika began her career in tax advisory in 1998. Since 2001 she has specialized in the area of transfer pricing. In 2003 she joined the KPMG Transfer Pricing Team. Monika advises clients on restructuring, supply chain development, transfers of intangibles, as well as establishing domestic and international holding structures in diverse sectors, including the financial, new technologies, and consumer markets sectors. Monika has significant experience in conducting a variety of projects related to transactions with entities from different industries, creating model solutions, planning and optimizing settlement structures between related entities. She has extensive experience in providing transfer pricing services, including the preparation of economic analyses such as benchmarking studies, documentation for related party transactions, as well as ongoing and general advisory on transfer pricing issues. Monika is involved in negotiation procedures with the Ministry of Finance aimed at concluding advance pricing agreements. She also has significant experience and know-how in assisting litigation procedures with the tax authorities investigating intra group transactions. Monika is the author of many articles and press commentaries, as well as an experienced lecturer sharing her knowledge on trainings and workshops in the area of transfer pricing.
