Marcin Malmon

Marcin has gained over 15 years experience as a property consultant, valuer and market analyst engaged on a variety of complex projects across all property sectors. During this period he has been cooperating with banks, investment funds, developers, stock exchange listed investment companies as well as leading law firms. Except being engaged in valuation and consulting projects in respect of office, retail and logistic properties, he has also gained experience in assessing specialist properties, such as e.g. wind farms, data centres, golf courses, ports, hospitals of pharmaceutical production plants. He has also been involved in valuations of large industrial properties. Moreover, Marcin has gained expertise in development appraisals and land valuations. He has also overseen many investment portfolio valuations for large financial institutions.
