Honorata has been engaged in the tax advisory since 1995. Currently she holds a position of the head of tax M&A Group which deals with due diligence, tax structuring and international and domestic restructuring projects from the tax perspective. She has been involved in a number of tax due diligences as well as groups’ restructuring. She has a wide experience in the national and international tax law. She has also a wide practice in advisory for private equity firms as well as for investment houses and investment banks. She possesses a broad knowledge particularly in the field of cross-border tax planning, hybrid instruments, modelling of tax effective strategies of investment financing and restructuring. Throughout her career she was inter alia engaged in modelling and implementation of tax effective mergers, spin offs, cross-border acquisitions, debt push down strategies and review of financing models from international tax perspective. She is the author of the book entitled “Tax Depreciation”.
