Nicola Owbridge

Nicola works with New Zealand companies to help them understand what is stopping them from being the best they can be, co-designing new ways of doing business that will make a real impact on the market and implementing change that will deliver on their strategy.

As a consultant, Nicola has experience leading organisational wide transformation and change programmes as well as targeted operating model and process optimisation projects. Her clients span corporates, financial services and the public sector. She brings a healthy dose of pragmatism to her work and experiences from in-house business improvement and operational leadership roles.
