Claartje Bulten

Claartje Bulten (1975) is a member of the supervisory board since September 2020. She is a lawyer and professor of corporate law at Radboud University Nijmegen. She also serves as a speaker at conferences and symposia and publishes scholarly articles and contributions.
Bulten was previously a senior lecturer at Radboud University (until 2012), a crown member of the Social and Economic Council (until April 2020) and a clerk at the Enterprise Chamber (until 2005).
She is currently chair of the Corporate Law Committee, board member at the Vereeniging Handelsrecht and board member at the Enterprise & Law Research Center of Radboud University Nijmegen.
