Abigail De Freitas currently holds the Caricom Head of People role. She will concurrently assume the lead roles for Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as we streamline these roles under the People function. Abigail has served the firm for the past 18 years. In her prior role, she functioned as an Advisory Partner providing Management Consulting services to a wide range of clients. She holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Business Management from UWI and a MBA from EDHEC Business School in France.
