Sadashiv Hegde

Sadashiv has about 28 years of experience, with over eight years at the senior leadership level. He has experience in enterprise systems implementation, application integration and custom software design and development across the Financial Services, Insurance, Hi-tech and Banking industries.

He is responsible for building a consulting delivery team and increasing the KGS footprint in the Consulting business across KPMG. He has been involved in and led several transformational projects across geographies.

Sadashiv has successfully led and managed all aspects of Information Technology (IT) consulting for the last eight years.

He possesses specialized knowledge of the global delivery model, and of setting up offshore delivery centers.

He developed several new competencies, contributing to significant growth in his previous organizations.

He is passionate about quality, having defined quality processes and successfully leading CMMi Level–5 assessments and adopting agile processes for distributed delivery models.

He has previously worked with PwC, Oracle, TCS and KPMG in the US, before moving back to India to further grow the offshore center at KGS.

Sadashiv is based in Bengaluru.
