Nigel is a chartered surveyor and a Senior Consultant in KPMG Construction Advisory, bringing more than 35 years of cost and project management experience to a wide range of European and US projects.

Nigel has delivered a number of major projects for clients of KPMG Construction Advisory. He focuses on the front-end feasibility, procurement strategy, resourcing and project management elements of these projects.

Nigel has developed close ties with US multi-national corporations mainly based on the West Coast over the past 25 years. A core element of this hinges on deep friendships forged with clients, many of whom are real estate executives and supporting them as their careers have grown and diversified.
