He advises a number of FTSE 100/S&P 100 companies, Irish plc and privately owned groups, as well as many leading global MNE’s (including those headquartered in the US, UK, Japan, China, Luxembourg).
Neil has been lead partner on transfer pricing audits involving Irish Revenue and Tax Authorities globally including the US, various European countries, Japan, Australia etc. He has negotiated settlements and also proactively engaged with Tax Authorities on Advance Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures.
He has many years experience advising cross a wide spectrum of issues including intellectual property, principal company structures, financing (debt pricing, cash pooling, financial guarantees, treasury activities), procurement and supply chain arrangements. He also has experience advising global technology companies and financial services MNEs and dealing with the interaction of regulatory and transfer pricing positions.
