Manuela joined KPMG Legal Tóásó Law Firm in 2017 and is the lead attorney-at-law of the dispute resolution practice group. She studied law and earned her PhD at ELTE Law School and obtained an LL.M. degree in US and Global Business Law for International Business Lawyers from Suffolk University (Boston). Her research focus is domestic and international arbitration and business mediation. She has gained significant experience in domestic and international arbitration and commercial litigation involving complex cross-border issues, as well as in large due diligence projects and corporate law.. Manuela is a visiting lecturer at ELTE Law School, Department of Private International Law and European Economic Law, where she teaches private international law. Manuela is also a trained mediator and is involved in mediation training related activities, and regularly publishes on various arbitration and other ADR related topics and organizes international events on dispute resolution. Manuela is a VIAC Community Network Ambassador to Hungary. She speaks English fluently and has knowledge of French.
