Eric Sandelin

Eric has in-depth knowledge and understanding of transfer pricing issues after having advised several international companies. KPMG Helsinki transfer pricing team has been named the leading transfer pricing team by International Tax Review, and Eric has been named as one of the leading transfer pricing advisors in Finland.

In addition to transfer pricing issues, Eric has wide experience of dealing with reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, tax audit assistance and other tax issues both from corporate perspective and as external advisor. Before joining KPMG in 1999 Eric worked 11 years as accountant and in-house tax advisor in a major industrial group. Eric has contributed to several books and written several articles on taxation and he is frequent lecturer on conferences regarding international taxation and transfer pricing.
