Kristan King

Kristan has worked in our Deal Advisory team since 2004, spending 10 years in Manchester before transferring back to the Isle of Man in September 2014. Kristan has led on a significant number of international acquisition and vendor due diligence engagements involving private equity and corporate clients and has acted as lead advisor on a number of sell-side engagements.  Kristan also acts as liquidator or receiver on our Isle of Man restructuring engagements.

Kristan’s corporate clients have included Plan.com, Zedra Group, Equiom Group, Suntera Global,, CallCredit Group, Zenith Vehicle Contracts, AKW Medicare, Zurich International Life and RL360 Insurance Company Limited. Kristan has also worked on transactions with a range of private equity clients including Sovereign Capital, Palatine, ECI Partners, Vitruvian Partners, Living Bridge, Alchemy Partners, Morgan Stanley Private Equity, Hg Capital and Lloyd's Development Capital.

Kristan leads our Trust and Corporate Services sector team for KPMG in the Crown Dependencies and our Deal Advisory team in the Isle of Man.
