Simon Guilbert

Simon started his career with KPMG in 2007 within the Guernsey office and gained extensive experience in asset management and financial service audits of listed and non listed clients. From 2014 to 2019 Simon was based in San Francisco as part of the US Asset Management practice. During this time Simon provided audit services to alternative investment funds including private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the wider Bay Area.

In his role as a director in the audit practice of KPMG in the Crown Dependencies Simon leads the audits of a wide range of international and local asset management clients reporting under IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and is licensed by the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
