Christoforos is a Board Member in the Risk Consulting department of KPMG in Cyprus. He has over 11 years of experience working in the banking industry in Cyprus and the UK. Christoforos joined KPMG in Cyprus in 2013 after spending more than 4 years with KPMG UK, where he worked in audit and advisory projects for UK and US banks. He has extensive experience in the areas of credit risk, economic capital, risk and financial modelling, loan valuation, IFRS 9, risk and finance solution implementations and internal control frameworks. Over the years, he has successfully managed engagements in the areas of IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss model and solution implementations, EBA Stress test support, Loan portfolio valuations, risk and finance system implementations and internal control framework reviews and implementations.
